This workshop explores accessible techniques for developing a nature journaling practice — we will cover basic supplies to get started, observational skills, simple drawing methods, and how to use phone photography and identification tools to support and deepen the practice. With time spent in the classroom and in the field, we will cover everything you need to begin this age-old art form. The focus is on documentation over perfection, building a habit that invites curiosity and connection with nature rather than demanding artistic skill. This teen/adult class is also open to children ages 10 and up if they are accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
