In this beginner-friendly calligraphy workshop, you’ll learn the nine basic strokes that form the foundation of the lowercase alphabet. We’ll practice each stroke, learn how to combine them into letters, and then put those letters together to create beautiful words.

Once you’ve learned the basics, you’ll use your new skills to create your own holiday gift tags and place cards—beautiful, handmade details you can take home and use throughout the season.

No previous calligraphy experience is needed. Come slow down, gather around the table, and enjoy a little creative time this holiday season.
